Scott Segner

Scott has been with Adelante for over 12 years and has 20 years of rehabilitation engineering with design and customization of adaptive equipment, architectural accessibility accessible housing, vehicles, office accommodations, wheelchairs, bathroom devices and ADLs for individualized needs and environments.

Bill Newroe

Bill is an assistive technologist with 25 years of experience in program development and management with community media programs, video production, and administration of federal/state programs for assistive technology services in New Mexico and nationally. He was formerly with the DVR's New Mexico Technology Assistance Program for 9 years as Funding/Contract Specialist, Director and Assistive Technologist.

He has worked independently specializing in direct services for persons with disabilities of all ages regarding computing/Internet, and architectural accessibility services with homes and state agencies. Bill also has expertise in funding assistance with assistive technology devices and services for persons with disabilities of all ages and families through a range of program resources: Medicaid, including the Waivers, Early Intervention/Early Education, Special Education, Section 504 / ADA, Vocational Rehabilitation, Medicare, Social Security, Private Insurance, VA and Loans.
